I’m Mylene.

I’ve been working with my clients for more than 20 years, getting their homes to be exactly what they hope and dream for.

Prior to real estate, I was an Interior Decorator and Home Stager, with a keen eye for detail and creating spaces that appeal broadly. In 2018, I pursued my dream job in real estate, driven by my love for homes and people.

I personally manage every aspect of my clients’ sales or purchases.  Although I am supported by a trusted team, I am always my client’s primary contact.

My staging and decorating expertise gives my clients a unique edge, whether preparing their homes for sale or helping buyers see a property's potential.

Practical, honest, and straightforward, I help clients navigate the numbers and make informed decisions.

Real Estate Agent

For Sellers:
I help my clients market and sell their homes quickly and for top dollar. My process begins with a personalized checklist to prepare the home for staging, followed by professional staging, photography, video, and iGuide floor plans with virtual walkthroughs. I host an Agent Open House to give industry members an early look, then market the property across all platforms. Accurate pricing strategies based on current market conditions ensure your home is competitively positioned for a successful sale.

For Buyers:
I provide a thoughtful approach to buying a home, allowing clients the time to carefully consider each property, assess any potential improvements, and determine if it aligns with their lifestyle needs.

I really get to know my buyers and work in a way to filter out homes that I’m certain won’t work for them. It’s more than about finding alignment; what I’m passionate about it helping buyers find a new place to call home, not just a place to live.

Home Staging

I stage all my listings using my clients' furniture, complemented by decor accessories I provide as part of my service.

Before staging, I offer a detailed to-do list to prepare the home. Once ready, I stage the property before professional photography is done, ensuring that it not only looks amazing, but is staged so that potential buyers think, “I can see myself living here,” when they walk through it.

The home remains beautifully staged throughout the entire sale process.
